Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- The Referral Program is open and available to all Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic clients.
- The referral gift detailed in this program is a discounted offer. Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic is responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral bonus.
- The referee is eligible to receive up to R500 in cash if they refer a person who makes a successful booking at Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic.
- In the event that Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated gift, then you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no referral gift is awarded if a referred person does not pitch for their booking at Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic.
- The referee will not be eligible to receive the referral gift under this program in the event that the referred person is already on the Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic's database at the date of referral or if Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic have already received their details but have not yet entered them on the database.
- The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic for this program before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the POPI Act of South Africa. The referee will indemnify Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic for any loss or claim arising out of the referee's failure to procure such consent.
- It is the referee's responsibility to contact their Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic consultant in order to claim their referral gift.
- Candidates can only be referred to Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic once. In the event that a candidate is referred to Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate to Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic (with the referred person's permission) will be eligible for a referral gift under this program.
- The referee agrees that Auto Restoration Boksburg North Auto Clinic will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the exercise of any of the vouchers in this program, and that the referee exercises such vouchers or experiences wholly at their own risk.
